Complete the registration procedure to get full access to all sections of the site and the auction. Your registration data will be used for paperwork when sending vehicles, as well as for sending documents by mail.

DEPOSIT
To start purchasing and placing bets you need to make a 100% refundable deposit. When buying one unit of equipment, the deposit amount is 10% of the cost, but not less than $ 500. When buying two or more units of equipment, a deposit must be made for each piece of equipment.
You can return the deposit at any time, provided you do not have any unpaid purchases.
A deposit is also a guarantee of payment for purchased equipment and will be fully taken into account the moment of payment of the full cost of the purchased equipment.

VEHICLE SEARCH
Use our unique auction search engine to select vehicles. At the moment we provide our customers with the widest auction search of all companies existing in the market. You can use the search for a non-emergency car at the two largest auctions Manheim and Adesa, as well as search for an emergency car at the two largest insurance auctions Copart and IAAI. For a more comfortable choice, we added a translation of the auction sheet into Russian as well as information about the vehicle's power and fuel consumption to the car card. In addition, each client of the company gets FREE access to the history of each car (AutoCheck), with which you can get detailed information about the owners, mileage, accidents, or any other damage.

BIDDING
Use the auction search engine to select vehicles, select the appropriate lot, go to the car card and press the "MAKE BID" button, then specify the maximum amount in US dollars you're ready to pay for the car.
When placing a bid, use Auction Statistics sales to determine a more accurate maximum bid amount.
Change and check the status of your bid you you can in your account, the BIDS section.
Immediately after the end of the auction ion, you can check the result of bets in a private office in the betting section, you will also receive an e-mail about the outcome of your bet.
To purchase equipment outside the auction, use the special form on the ORDER home page, where you specify Brand, Model, Year, a direct Internet link to the found equipment, as well as your maximum amount that you are ready to pay. Our staff will verify the data, contact the seller and, after confirming the purchase, will send you an email.

PAYMENT
After receiving confirmation of the purchase of the car, you will receive an Invoice and Instruction on Bank Transfer to the current one, to which you need to make a bank transfer. The invoice includes the cost of the car at the auction, the auction fee, transportation from the auction to the port, sea delivery (freight), sending documents.
Payment for the purchased car must be credited to the bank account of CAROMOTO within 2 (two) business days after the end of the auction.
All necessary amounts for payment, as well as received payments are indicated in the client’s personal account, in the BALANCE section.
When buying a car through the agent of the company, the additional costs of customs payments, broker and forwarder services are placed by the Agent in a separate invoice. Payment under the Invoice of the Agent is made after the arrival of the purchased car at the port of destination, within 2 (two) business days.

SHIPPING
We will deliver the purchased vehicle to the port, issue all the necessary documents, and send it to the destination you specified.
After receiving the full payment, our staff will organize the transportation of your car to the US port. Delivery time is from 2 to 10 days, depending on the location of the purchased car.
To send the car by sea to the destination, we use the services of leading companies in this market, which gives us the opportunity to offer low cost sea shipping, as well as to ensure rapid consolidation of cargo in different directions.
At the moment we use 5 (five) the main ports for sending purchased equipment, the port of Newark, the port of Los Angeles, the port of Savannah, the port of Houston and Chicago. The period of free storage of equipment in a warehouse in the port is 30 days, during which you must provide us with all the data to be sent. After sending the equipment by sea, we will add copies of the Technical Passport (Title), (Bill Of Lading) documents to your personal account, section MY CARS/DOCUMENTS. Original documents will be sent to the postal address you specified earlier during registration.
